Money-Back Guarantee

We have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for the first purchase of our products from the date the product arrives at your door. Please note the exceptions below. A full refund of the product will be issued back to the same form of payment used, less shipping charges (and any applicable shipping tax) per the policy below.

To prevent abuse, we limit the use of this guarantee to 3 individual products per any 12 month period for first-time purchase of that item. If you purchase 3 of the same item, the money-back guarantee will cover a refund of one of those items.

Bundles (or orders) with more than 3 products will be limited to a refund of the 3 highest priced, eligible products in that bundle less any discounts applied to that bundle. The first-purchase rule outlined herein is enforced for components of those bundles.

We do not accept returns on items regardless of whether they are opened or unopened. 

We do not offer exchanges.

Wholesale or orders that are being resold are not eligible for returns/refunds.

Exceptions

1. Discontinued items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Products purchased with Rewards points are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Any purchase made with a gift card is non-refundable.
4. All Supplements, Personal Care, and Food items are non-returnable. 
5. Money-Back Guarantee is limited to per Product, not Flavors.

Additional Information

We can only refund the original payment method. In the event that method is no longer available the refund will be forfeited. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be received by the customer although it may take longer depending on the bank or credit card company.

We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards.
